Hastelloy C22 wire, a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy, contains about 56% nickel, 22% chromium, 13% molybdenum, and trace amounts of tungsten, cobalt and iron giving it exceptional resistance to oxidation and corrosion especially in acidic environments.
