Incoloy 825 Bolts are made up of nickel (38–46%), iron (22–46%), and chromium (19.5–23.5%), along with molybdenum (2.5–3.5%), copper (1.5–3%), and titanium (0.6–1.2%). This well-balanced composition provides impressive resistance to sulfuric and phosphoric acids. The alloy boasts a tensile strength of around 550 MPa, a yield strength of about 220 MPa, and an elongation of up to 45%. It maintains high toughness and oxidation resistance up to 540°C. Incoloy 825 Bolts also show excellent resistance to localized corrosion, making them perfect for both marine and chemical applications.
